mammoth is expecting record high next week and temp into the 60s. its gunnna be a long 2 weeks before low pressure builds and some snow comes.

Skied Summit on Thur

I just skied snow summit on thurs. It was nice early on and around 230 it was swampd out. The miracle mile was liquid towards the lower half and the snow on the bowl was slashed up. You could see the grass coming out on the bowl. I chipd a lot of p tex off my race skis on thin coverage areas that come up so fast that its unavoidable. They need to coat that mountain every night or its going to burn in these conditions. Forecast still sees no snow for next 10 days. Cross your fingers pray for snow!

Its running out summit went

Its running out summit went from 3 to 5 ft to 2 t 4 its probably less. Mt High says 12" to 36". Its spring conditions. Weather is going to heat up next few days with high pressure system over us. Really windy and temps in the high 40s for the local mountains. I cant wait for another dumping. Seems like it dosnt want to come.
