I loved: 
no lift lines at chair 5 the entire time, untouched snow on gunslinger and trestles, setting sun off the back
I hated: 
machines going the entire time!! so loud and annoying / snowboarders lying in front of blue ridge quad line at the base of the runs - learn mountain courtesy people

nothing on 5, barely anything at Blue Ridge after 3:30

despite the aural and sensual assault of the snow machines (so much for peaceful quiet mountain lift rides) it was a very fun day - love the fact that 95% of boarders won't touch the far right side of the mountain, friendly vibe on the lifts this day, some good snow leftover form the recent storms - had to get a day in the sun before these next two systems dominate the skies - overall a good time with very light crowds and a nice skiier's section up on the right hand side!
