The "snowboard park" is a bit of a joke ... just 2 jumps. Don't go for that.

I went up to Waterman to ski the afternoon on Saturday Feb 23 and it was definitely worth it. I don't think I could've done a full day there since there just isn't enough terrain, but I had a blast and the drive was short and easy. On top of it, there was really no one there, and despite the lifts being slow, there was no line. I imagine when they open Chair 3 there will be more good terrain to access, but don't even bother taking Chair 2 if you like steep stuff, because it's all off of Chair 1. The tree runs are fantastic, and overall it really exceeded my expectations. For $35 for a half day, I'd say it can't be beat.
