Mt. Baldy is such a POS. I should've looked at the web cam before going since
this resort doesn't know how to write a snow report. "Good Coverage" on their
intermediate runs compared to what? Maybe good coverage in relation to the
bare slope that was there a week ago, but for skiing the conditions downright
suck right now. Coverage is awful and the runs are littered with rocks,
obstacles, bare spots and at best the coverage is very thin. Sure there is
some snow in the horrible beginner area, but I cannot recommend this pace to
anyone at this time. The advanced runs are advertised as open which a bunch of
BS. They should be closed as they're completely unskiable. Basically, I think
the management and owners of Mt. Baldy are horrible business owners who LIE to
their customers. Honestly, with this approach I wish Mt. Baldy would just go
out of business. Good riddance to this POS place. Now can I have my money back
please?
