I went up 2 days in a row- it's super close, and there were no lines on any of the lifts! The snow was great, had no idea they had so much still in the middle of April- Everything is groomed, it gets kind of icy by 4- but by then I had already made 12 runs so it didn't matter. Aside from Mammoth, Baldy is the new spot!

huh?

Wow! I'm surprise hearing that you've been to Mammoth and now think Baldy is the new spot? Trip-pinn!! This resort has got to be the most hassle and time wasting from parking to hiking to the ticket windows then riding a 5 minute lift to the top of the mountain. On top of that, the lifts are seated only for 2 which makes its dog-on sloww!! Runs are short, you can go down in like 30-60 secs. The best and closest resort is mountain high. Anddd, Baldy don't even have any fun-box to hit, will never go again!!!

huh?

hhahaaaaa mountain high??? hhahaa just can't stop laughing at that one. Yes all gapers please go to Mtn High where you belong.

Mt. Baldy Dates

I'm starting to track the dates at Baldy: My belief is that it's been open a lot and it's great! This year it was open a lot longer...

MT BALDY is still going off! Late April!

Hands down the best steeps, and the most snow. Going to try to get up there this weekend, for this latest storm. It's April 21st and still snowing! 2 to 4 foot plus base. We're going! PK

Mt Baldy- May 10th

We skied the last "official" day Mothers Day, May 10th. snow was good and fast, storm clouds rolled in mid afternoon, and started to snow lightly. what an end to a epic season! Backside Baldy will still hold skiable snow well into June.
